FCT Women’s Football Tournament Kicks Off APRIL 10

As Part Of The Commitment To Develop Women’s Football In The Federal Capital Territory, The FCT Football Association Has Disbursed Funds To The Various Area Councils In Preparation For The Forthcoming Inter Area Councils Championship Scheduled To Kick Off On April 10.

Each Of The Six Participating Teams From The Six Area Councils Received A Sum Of One Hundred And Twenty Thousand Naira Only.
At A Brief Ceremony, FCT FA Chairman, Moukhtar Mohammed Reiterated His Commitment To Create The Enabling Environment For Young Women To Show Case Their Talents Including Girls

The Tournament Will Feature Six Teams Divided Into Two Groups, With The Top Two From Each Group Advancing To The Semi-Finals.
The Event Was Also Attended By Former Super Eagles Star, Femi Ajilore And Other FCT FA Board Members, Including 2nd Vice Chairman John Gabaya And Coach Patrick Bassey.
